After the successful introduction of Abacus, we are looking for you as a committed and structured personality for the position of clerk in the finance department – someone who not only thinks along but also pitches in.
Your mission with us:
- You independently manage the accounts payable and receivable process – from invoice verification and issuance to dunning, payment processing, and reconciliations
- You actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and support individual closings according to CH, AT, and LI law
- You ensure the correct preparation and settlement of VAT declarations
- You take on administrative tasks such as managing the finance mailbox, internal inquiries, and maintaining master data
- You contribute to the expansion of Abacus, optimize processes, and create meaningful reports for management
Your qualities that inspire us:
- You have a commercial basic education (EFZ or equivalent)
- Ideally, you have further training in finance and accounting, e.g., as a clerk in finance and accounting
- You have several years of experience in accounting or finance
- Ideally, you have experience with Abacus and bexio
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and are interested in process optimization and digitization
- You have very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
