- Conducting regular financial dialogues with department and sector management, including interpretation, challenging, and deriving recommendations for action
- Analysis of sector and claims key figures to detect anomalies, trends, or risks early
- Independent creation and maintenance of severe weather reporting, including forecasts and coordination with Risk/Finance
- Creation, maintenance, and further development of standard and management reports with a focus on Power BI
- Proactive communication with responsible persons in operational units to clarify causes and derive measures
- Participation in the design, implementation, and follow-up of measures to optimize claims processes and results
- Ensuring data quality and consistency across various reporting sources
