What you bring with you
- You have a diploma as a registered nurse HF or FH
- You have at least two years of professional experience in acute care
- You have already completed leadership training or are motivated to complete one
- Basic knowledge in process control as well as a solution- and implementation-oriented mindset characterize you
- In multiprofessional teams, you act confidently and constructively with clear, value-based communication and high responsibility
