About the job

Glambou is an established multi-channel jewelry company from Switzerland with headquarters in Berlin. We offer young designers and international brands a unique platform to market their jewelry and distribute it globally. We curate each individual piece with a focus on uniqueness and individualism. These brands as well as our own labels Pompidou, OHHLUILU, and Juuls & Karats can be found online as well as in over 14 stores in Germany and Switzerland.

Workload 60% - 80%

Your tasks as an Operations Clerk are:

Quality control and distribution of delivered goods

General inventory management (recording, booking, and preparation of goods)

Your profile:

Ideally professional experience in a comparable role

Confident handling of IT tools such as Excel / MS Office / Shopify / Pimcore

Precise working method

Networked thinking and independent, solution-oriented working style

Team-oriented and resilient

Very good German and good English skills

Flexible
