What you can achieve
- You will become part of a dynamic finance team operating in the growing business field SCG (Sensors, Communication & Ground)
- In the role of Finance Business Partner, you are jointly responsible for the financial management and transparency of various business segments, each responsible for their own P&L. You act as a sparring partner for the Business Managers
- You support the further development of Business Area Controlling and are also conceptually active
- You work on high-quality business cases and ensure financial governance during the offer phase
- Together with the order managers, you ensure transparent and targeted cost carrier controlling
- Together with the Business Managers, you analyze and comment on the results, prepare the forecast and financial planning
- You ensure qualitatively flawless financial statements in your area of responsibility
What you bring with you
- Higher business administration education (FH/Uni) and/or a specialized further education with a focus on finance/controlling
- Several years of experience in controlling
- Experience in a complex and diversified corporate and customer environment
- Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO (additional modules are an advantage) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Responsible and economical way of thinking and acting
- Communicative, resilient and motivated personality with high self-responsibility, as well as very good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- Very good German skills, as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- Travel activity to other RUAG locations in Switzerland
