We are an owner-managed Swiss family business that has been developing, producing, and assembling plastic parts using injection molding on behalf of customers since 1981. Versatility in individual customer solutions, precision in tool development, efficiency in series production, and flexibility in assembly are our strengths. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start date for a
Application Manager 100%
These are your tasks
- Further development and support of the ERP system (ProAlpha) as well as the surrounding systems (IKOffice, Abacus, CAQ, and SolidWorks)
- Responsibility for interfaces and system stability
- Organization and quality assurance of master data maintenance
- Second level support: communication with software providers and coordination of tickets
- Management and implementation of application projects (updates, new installations)
- Training of power users and support of specialist departments

- Education in business informatics / computer science HF, FH or equivalent education with several years of professional experience
- Experience with business systems, interfaces, and data management
- Good process understanding of a manufacturing company
- Database knowledge
- High commitment, initiative, and proactive action
- Independent, structured, and process-oriented way of working
