You join the Mainframe expertise center of the Group within the Human Resources and Innovation Department, recognized and at the forefront of technologies and services.
The position is to be filled in Val-de-Fontenay (94) or Lille.
As an Infrastructure Expert, in the Middleware domain of the Mainframe Z/OS on the technical perimeters CICS, IMS, MQ, Connect Express, you will be responsible for managing various tasks in your area of expertise, which will be transaction monitors. Your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the IT equipment and software used by the business units. You are the technical referent in your field.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Intervening as a third-level escalation for diagnosing and resolving major and significant incidents
Carrying out major and significant changes in production as part of projects and/or reliability actions and/or corrective actions on incidents
Providing technical expertise within projects, notably with the Operations and Production perspective (acting as the Operations relay for engineering)
Certifying that deployed infrastructures are operable and meet defined standards
Optimizing and securing, if necessary, the defined or implemented infrastructure technologies to meet the contracted service level with the client(s) while ensuring costs and quality
Auditing technical infrastructures and proposing action plans to comply with defined standards
Managing and monitoring proposed reliability and improvement actions
Writing procedures and various documentation (architecture diagrams, technical presentations, etc.)
Developing innovation and AI
These operations may be performed outside working hours or on weekends.
What if it was you ?With a Bac +4/5 degree in computer science or engineering school
You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the Infrastructure field, ideally in a similar role
You know one or more infra professions (Database Administrator, systems, networks, etc.)
You have a general knowledge across all infra professions
