Your tasks
- Regular inspection and assessment of the properties as well as the building infrastructure, including reporting of defects
- Carrying out minor repair work
- Accompanying and supervising internal as well as external suppliers and craftsmen
- Conducting quality controls in the areas of cleaning, building, and security
- Contact person for the customer as well as receiving and processing customer orders
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or technical or manual vocational training
- Several years of professional experience as a technical janitor
- Solid technical basic knowledge in HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Very good knowledge of German as well as good user skills in MS Office
