The Novotel Zurich Airport Messe is located between the exhibition center and the airport and is especially suitable for business and family stays with a 24-hour reception, 10 conference rooms for 320 people, and special offers for children. Business guests will find ideal working conditions throughout the conference hotel. Families can explore the city thanks to the good tram connection. For relaxation after eventful days, there are 254 air-conditioned rooms, a sauna with a relaxation area, or our sun terrace. Guests can indulge themselves culinarily in our restaurant MOZAMI.

Job Description
As F&B Manager (m/f/d), you bear the operational and administrative overall responsibility for our Food & Beverage area and, together with your team, ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Operational and administrative overall responsibility for the entire F&B area
- Leading shifts and operational presence during peak times
- Active participation in service as well as situational support in the kitchen
- Ensuring smooth service processes and highest guest satisfaction
- Creating duty rosters and time controls in the LOGA system
- Performing daily and monthly closings including monthly inventory
- Planning and further development of the F&B offer
- Monthly reporting to management
- Analyzing guest feedback and deriving improvement measures
- Monitoring personnel costs
- Controlling the use of goods
- Quick decision-making even under high workload
- Promoting a motivating team culture
- Monitoring and compliance with all ACCOR standards
- Implementation and control of HACCP and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Completed training in hospitality/gastronomy
- Several years of leadership experience in the F&B area of a hotel or restaurant, ideally with further training in F&B management
- Proven operational activity in kitchen and service
- Very good knowledge in cost control and budget management
- Good knowledge of HACCP and Swiss labor law
- Host personality with high service orientation
- Organizational strength and economic thinking
- High physical and mental resilience
- Conflict capability
- Hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills
