Your tasks:
Meet with property owners in your region and evaluate their sales plans
Create property valuations using banking software and your market expertise
Develop a customer-tailored sales strategy and close the mandate
Manage inquiries from interested buyers, negotiate offers, and accompany the sale through to the notarial phase – supported by an experienced internal service team (e.g., for viewings)
Build a trusting relationship with your clients, advise and support them throughout the entire sales process
Become the reference person in your region, expand your network, and increase your visibility as a real estate expert
Work with our specialists in real estate financing to offer buyers suitable financing solutions
Actively contribute to the further development of the Neho strategy. With your growing experience, you will become a driving force in our team

Job Requirements
What you bring:
Initial experience in the real estate industry (e.g., marketing, management, development, etc.)
Sales talent with drive – you enjoy daily customer contact and turn leads into deals
Knowledge of the Baden and/or Brugg region and surroundings
Confident and customer-oriented communication combined with a polished appearance
Responsible and independent – you are flexible and able to make decisions independently
Possession of a driver’s license and vehicle available
Excellent communication skills in Swiss German (spoken and written) and basic knowledge of English
Affinity for technology and confident handling of new IT tools
