- Conducting margin and segment analyses to support management and site management in strategic decisions
- Analysis, interpretation, and presentation of key performance indicators for targeted management of corporate performance
- Accompanying and supporting the closing process and ensuring the correct representation of business results
- Development and optimization of controlling tools and reporting structures to promote transparency and efficiency
- Partnering with FI/CO stakeholders within the organization and providing competent advice on financial issues
- Support in economic analyses and investment projects through sound data preparation and interpretation
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses and preparing data for quick decision-making
- Completed studies in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field - ideally with a focus on finance and accounting or controlling
- Several years of professional experience in controlling or in a comparable function
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a strong understanding of business contexts and key figures
- High communication and presentation skills and the ability to prepare and convey complex issues appropriately
- Experience in the development and implementation of controlling tools and reporting as well as an affinity for continuous process optimization
- Team spirit and customer orientation with the willingness to act as a competent sparring partner for stakeholders at various management levels
- Interest in the recycling and raw materials industry as well as in industrial processes
- Very good knowledge of finance and controlling software (e.g., SAP FI/CO) as well as proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
- With your job, you actively contribute to environmental protection and resource conservation
