Tasks
Your mission with us
- You conduct our flights safely, efficiently, and punctually – with a focus on the highest quality and guest satisfaction
- You are responsible for flight preparation and execution according to Edelweiss standards
- You work in close coordination with crew, ground staff, and air traffic control
- You support the commander in all operational matters and take responsibility when it counts
- You know your aircraft's systems in detail and always act responsibly
- As part of our Mixed Fleet Flying concept, after some time you will also be deployed on the A320 fleet – for maximum flexibility and flying variety

Requirements
What you bring
- ATPL license (EASA Part-FCL) with valid or max. 1 year expired type rating A350/A330
- At least 1000h on A350 and/or 2000h on A330
- Valid Medical Class 1
- Complete proof of your flying experience including current SIM & line checks
- Very good language skills in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2 / ICAO Level 4)
- Impeccable reputation and an honest, team-oriented personality with leadership qualities
- Citizenship of Switzerland or EU-27/EFTA
