• Participation in the operation and further development of our Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) including maintenance, optimization, and scaling of a modern infrastructure
• Operation and further development of the hybrid server landscape (Windows/Linux) in the team including automation as well as implementation and compliance with security requirements
• Technical support for servers and clients (Windows/Linux) with analysis and resolution of complex faults using scripting and appropriate tools
• Support in client management through the introduction and maintenance of central management and security solutions (e.g., Privileged Access Management (PAM), Endpoint Security, etc.)
• Monitoring, checking, and ensuring data backup as well as support in restore and recovery processes
• Responsibility for license management including maintenance and optimization of license models and processes
• Participation in incident response as well as active intervention and troubleshooting in the server environment
• Participation in IT/OT projects and technical project work at the interface between classic IT and industrial OT

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, further education at HF level desirable
• Experience in operating hybrid server landscapes (Windows/Linux) as well as knowledge in virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure is an advantage
• Solid know-how in client support and client management (Windows/Linux) including experience with central management and security solutions (e.g., PAM, Endpoint Security)
• Knowledge in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) as well as experience in the security-compliant implementation of technical requirements
• Understanding of backup and restore processes as well as routine in troubleshooting and incident response
• Very good German skills as well as English skills at least at level B1
• Structured and independent working style, solution-oriented approach as well as the ability to clearly prioritize and act in a coordinated manner even in hectic fault situations
