As an E-Commerce Specialist Lead, you help our clients and internal stakeholders develop e-commerce strategies, further expand our e-commerce service offerings, and ensure that everyone in the department is up to date and meets the highest standards in their service delivery.

Your tasks are...

As an E-Commerce Tech Lead, you develop integrated e-commerce strategies for our clients. You pursue a cross-channel, customer-oriented approach to promote client success by focusing on business drivers and KPIs. Your tasks also include analyzing and optimizing e-commerce channels and platforms as well as monitoring market trends and competitor strategies. Additionally, you work on pitches and collaborate with key stakeholders within the agency to create integrated e-commerce strategies that provide added value to our clients. You develop, define, train, and standardize our e-commerce services and manage key partnerships. In your role, you lead the Service Ambassadors professionally and develop new service opportunities together with them.  

You...

• have 4+ years of experience in e-commerce with channels and platforms such as SEM, social commerce, UX & conversion rate optimization, feed management, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and marketplace optimization
• can create convincing and simple messages from complex technical briefings and are able to translate your strategies and insights into simple language that stakeholders with different expertise can understand
• know the attitudes, behaviors, and perceptions of target groups through the use of various market data, research, and customer data
• have a passion for technical advancement in e-commerce and enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders
• understand the business goals of clients and can translate them into e-commerce objectives
• speak German and English and have completed studies or further education in marketing, communication, business, or comparable fields
