Your Tasks
- Independent management of a treatment area in close cooperation with the chief physician
- Creation of individual treatment plans in coordination with the chief physician and the interdisciplinary team
- Participation in decisions on relaxation measures within the framework of the forensic penal system
- Professional supervision of medical and psychological staff
- Conceptual further development of treatment concepts as well as onboarding of new colleagues (m/f/d)
- Participation in forensic on-call duty
Your Profile
- Medical license as a physician (m/f/d) and completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Strong social skills, ability to integrate and assertiveness as well as enjoyment in constructive collaboration with all areas of the clinic in accordance with the Lower Saxony Forensic Penal System Act (Nds. MVollzG)
- Creativity and initiative in further developing organizational and economic processes within the forensic clinic
- High motivation, commitment, and above-average willingness to perform
