Team Leader PV (m/f/d)  

What you achieve

Leadership & Responsibility:

• Personnel and professional management of our entire PV team
• Mentoring and promotion of the individual development of employees

Strategic Orientation & Product Portfolio:

• Joint definition of the product portfolio as well as the strategic orientation (positioning, marketing, pricing) together with sales and management
• Continuous monitoring of market developments, current trends, and competitive activities

Technical Expertise & Documentation:

• Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as the management of article master data
• In-depth expertise in PV system planning and sound knowledge of PV modules, inverters, battery systems, and energy management

Supplier & Partner Management:

• Strategic and professional exchange with our suppliers
• Support of strategic purchasing in supplier negotiations
• Collaboration with engineering offices and specialist partners in preliminary projects

Training & Knowledge Management:

• Planning and conducting training sessions for internal and external sales, customer service, as well as project managers and end customers
• Regular updating of training materials and presentation tools

What distinguishes you

• Completed studies at a university of applied sciences/technical university in engineering or a comparable qualification as an electrical specialist with relevant further training
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the photovoltaic sector
• Sound knowledge in PV system planning as well as products such as PV modules, inverters, battery systems, and energy management
• Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills as well as strategic thinking ability
