We are looking for a
HR Business Partner 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You are the first point of contact for our managers in daily operations and pragmatically support them in all HR matters
- You are responsible for the operational implementation of all HR topics along the employee life cycle
- You take responsibility for employer branding and recruitment and ensure a strong employer presence as well as a convincing candidate experience
- You support managers in absence, performance, and return-to-work discussions and coach them situationally and solution-oriented
- You work data-driven: analyze HR metrics, derive measures, implement and check their effectiveness
- You design and operate our HR system landscape and processes so that they are simple, efficient, and effective for operations
Your profile
- Several years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role close to operations, preferably in hospitality or gastronomy with knowledge of LGAV
- You feel comfortable in direct exchange with managers and employees and move confidently between strategy and daily business
- Experience in recruiting and employer branding as well as enjoyment in making things visible and further developing them
- High digital affinity and experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) as well as MS Office
- Very good German skills, good English skills; willingness to travel within Switzerland
- You convince with a can-do mentality, sense of responsibility, and healthy pragmatism – with the aim to make HR effective and relevant
