To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Demi Chef de Partie Patisserie 100% (m/f/x)
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing dishes in the patisserie according to the guidelines of our various restaurant concepts, together with a young motivated team. You will be responsible for the proper preparation of dishes in a modern and high-quality kitchen. Active participation and ensuring an optimal production process as well as meeting the high quality requirements and guidelines of our standards for events and catering (from self-service buffets to upscale 5* events) are also among your main tasks.
You speak German, understand English, are flexible, creative, service-oriented, and work calmly and efficiently even under time and work pressure. You show a high level of commitment, are reliable, and enjoy working in an international team. A completed vocational training as a cook or confectioner/pastry chef and initial professional experience in the patisserie are required. You bring enthusiasm for your profession and enjoy working at a high quality level.
