The Office for Informatics (AFI) is the IT competence center of the Canton of Zurich.
It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, judiciary, and independent institutions. Commissioned with the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the office accompanies the canton into the digital world.
In the New Business Services team, you actively shape the digital future of the Canton of Zurich. Whether Power Platform, AI, or other innovative technologies – here you work on projects that sustainably change and modernize the canton. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as an Application Manager Power Platform.
Your tasks
- Development and expansion of the application landscape on the Microsoft Power Platform including Azure-based services
- Advising customers and jointly developing inspiring solutions
- Project management and collaboration on customer projects – from conception to implementation
- Ensuring smooth operation and further development of applications
- Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and external suppliers
Your profile
- Completed education in business informatics or comparable qualifications
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge in project work and application management
- Enjoyment of direct contact with our customers
- Experience in Power Platform and Azure-based services
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge is not a must but an advantage
- Strong communication skills, quick comprehension, and initiative
- Committed, creative, and resilient person with team spirit and willingness to learn new things
