The Store Manager assumes overall responsibility for the management and leadership of the restaurant. He or she ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment and ensures compliance with the highest standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
Responsibilities
• Define the vision and strategic direction of the restaurant with a focus on revenue growth, profit optimization, and sustainable development.
• Set financial goals, establish budgets, analyze results, and develop concrete action plans.
• Monitor KPI performance indicators, manage operational activities, and ensure continuous performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards regarding safety, quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage recruitment, coaching, development, and evaluation of employees.
• Foster a team culture based on respect and strengthen motivation, satisfaction, and commitment to the brand.
• Optimize work processes and ensure profitability as well as sustainable brand development.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure the company’s sustainable success.
