About the job
Your Tasks
You have completed a degree in nursing science (MScN) or are on your way to doing so. Exciting tasks await you with us.
Together with the other APN nursing experts in the Nursing Development department, you are significantly responsible for practice development and ensuring nursing quality. You develop guiding documents, implement them in the facilities, and check their implementation in collaboration with nursing management. You work in partnership with various internal and external stakeholders.
Part of your work involves direct clinical practice. In doing so, you take over nursing and care in complex nursing situations, conduct case discussions, and internal training sessions.
