Our service mandates are: acute geriatrics, specialized palliative care, internal medicine, oncology, and geriatric rehabilitation.
Your tasks are:
- Nutrition therapeutic activities focusing on acute geriatrics, internal-oncological and geriatric rehabilitation as well as specialized palliative care.
- Conducting individual nutritional consultations and therapies.
- Accompanying patients from admission to discharge, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
You bring with you:
- Degree as a Nutritionist BSc.
- Experience in nutritional counseling.
- Flexible, communicative personality with high social competence.
- Goal-oriented, efficient, precise, and independent working style.
- Friendly and service-oriented demeanor.
