The IV Office of the Canton of Bern is undergoing change and relies on a modern corporate and leadership culture. The Service Center, as the service center of the IV Office Bern, ensures that processes, services, and benefits are provided efficiently, uniformly, and with high quality. In the Input & Output team, we are looking for a committed personality to successfully manage the operational day-to-day business.
What you can achieve with us
- You ensure that incoming IV documents and applications are correctly digitally recorded, triaged, and made available for further processing.
- You ensure that customers receive a prompt confirmation of receipt and support them with information about the registration and document process.
- You efficiently process digital mail – from screening to quality control to forwarding or returning original documents.
- You coordinate the entire mail and document flow within the company, contributing to smooth operations.
- You ensure smooth and data protection-compliant handling of all documents received electronically.
- Your careful and structured way of working significantly contributes to quality assurance and the professional appearance of the Service Center.
What skills are important to us
- In addition to your basic training, you bring several years of professional experience in a similar field.
- You work precisely and always keep an overview even with many different tasks.
- No matter how much there is to do, you remain calm and focused.
- You love well-organized processes and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You work reliably, accurately, and enjoy practical as well as office organizational tasks.
- Experience in mail processing or administration is a plus.
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so active knowledge of the respective other language is desired.

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
