Key Responsibilities - Management 50%:
- Line management of a group of Supply Chain Coordinators (SCC) for Comparator
- Ensure that the group activities are managed by the above team and/or delegated accordingly.
- Ensure projects are executed on time, right first time, and according to the scope from approved contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Liaise with external (suppliers) and internal (Finance, Warehouse, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service) stakeholders to ensure on time delivery and communication of status update.
- The role requires competent use of Fisher systems and SOPs and will be required to perform to Fisher Quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities - Operations 50%:
- Management of purchase orders to comparator suppliers according to specifications (Part number creation, PO generation, communication with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery).
- Coordination of Comparator incoming goods (organize pick up or coordinate drug delivery from suppliers, pre-alert warehouse/QA, verification of completeness and accuracy of delivery documentation, follow up on timely booking and release process).
- Coordination of distribution orders and outbound shipments (create Distribution Orders, coordination with logistics, verification of completeness and accuracy of receipt documentation, archiving completed projects files).
- Management of client escalations
- Close follow-up of month-, quarter- & year-ends
- Collection of freight estimates.
- Timely payment of supplier invoices.
- Timely issuance of client invoices.
- Coordination with Finance.
- Escalation internally as appropriate
Requirements:
- Educated to Degree level, preferably in related field such as supply chain, Logistics, business, etc. or equivalent education with significant commercial content
- Experienced in the field of supply chain management (3 to 5 years), preferably within a pharmaceutical environment (Good Distribution Practices)
- Excellent co-ordination, able to multitask, high attention to details, team-player and leader who is able to handle stressful situations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English, Computer literacy (working knowledge of English is compulsory for this role)
- Capable of working under own initiative, with minimum supervision.
- The post holder needs to have good organizational, verbal, written and numerical skills.
