Automation Assembler – Group Leader Electrical Pre-Assembly Mechanics – Well-Known International Company – Goal Permanent Position

Activities

Technical leadership of a team of up to six employees
Initiation, coordination, and supervision of projects in the field of electrical pre-assembly
Responsibility for the mechanical assembly of electrical pre-assembly units
Close collaboration and coordination with the departments of engineering, purchasing, and logistics
Support of employees with technical questions and uncertainties
Regular coordination with group and team management to ensure smooth processes
Planning, organizing, and preparing upcoming work
Training and professional instruction of new employees

Requirements

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, preferably as an automation technician EFZ or automation assembler EFZ
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
Strong teamwork skills and high flexibility
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (requirement)
Quality-conscious, reliable, and structured working style
Confident handling of common MS Office applications
Ideally experience with the schematic software E3
