About the job
Our care group has a total of 16 places available. Integrated is the care oasis with eight additional places, which offers a home to people with severe perception and movement impairments. In a protected and quiet environment, we focus on the individual needs and well-being of our residents and create a living space that enables security, orientation, and quality of life.
- Individual and resource-oriented support of our residents and their relatives
- Actively shaping care processes and carefully documenting them in the care records
- Holistic care and support of our residents
- Shaping and supporting logistical processes in the care group
- Taking responsibility for daily business together with the nursing professional
- Shifts in early, late, and night duty as well as on weekends. No split shifts
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
- Service-oriented and appreciative working style in dealing with people
- Knowledge in Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, and Basal Stimulation is an advantage
- Openness to new things and willingness to actively support a progressive understanding of care
- Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible personality

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to older, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
