Company Description
In the private clinic Villa im Park, characterized by the stately, historic estate, around 40 attending physicians perform over 1,400 procedures per year. The three integrative, fully digitalized operating rooms of the clinic are among the best-equipped of their kind. The most important medical specialties include general surgery, anesthesiology, orthopedic surgery, and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system, as well as gynecology and urology. As a list hospital, the private clinic Villa im Park has a public service mandate in the canton of Aargau and treats patients from all insurance classes.
Job Description
- Independent instrumentation and assistance in procedures of all disciplines (focus on orthopedics)
- Carrying out all pre- and post-operative measures
- Ensuring a smooth workflow in the operating room interdisciplinary and interprofessionally
- Proper preparation and operation of the necessary devices, instruments, and sterile goods
- Responsibility for correct OP-specific documentation (OP nursing documentation/service recording)
- Participation in the care of internal processes, workflows, and structures
Qualifications
- Dipl. Specialist OT HF/FH with several years of professional experience in orthopedics, preferably in the attending physician system
- A high level of professional, action, and social competence
- A responsible, service-oriented, and resilient personality with great joy in their profession and the necessary understanding of the different OP techniques
- Flexibility, resilience, and a quick grasp of concepts
- Willingness to take on on-call duties
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
