• Welcoming and seeing off our guests upon arrival & departure
• Handling of luggage
• Contact person for our national and international guests
• Ensuring a smooth process before and in the hotel
• Responsibility for cleanliness, safety, and order in the lobby, as well as in the outdoor area and hotel entrance
• Professional, reliable, punctual, and discreet service
• Support for the concierge if needed

• Possession of a Swiss driving license category B
• Professional Passenger Transport (BPT 121) certificate is an advantage
• Many years of accident-free and offense-free driving experience
• High level of quality and sense of responsibility
• Positive charisma as well as a confident and competent appearance
• Experience in luxury hospitality or familiarity with handling demanding guests
• Good German and English skills
• Very good geography and road knowledge, especially of the city of Zurich
• Flexibility regarding your working hours / willingness to work on weekends
