Real Estate Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- In your own portfolio, you ensure complete and timely accounting – from accounts payable to accounts receivable to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- As a central point of contact, you handle accounting inquiries from our internal and external clients in a solution-oriented and reliable manner
- You analyze numbers, review financial statements, and ensure that our data is accurate
- You manage owner bank accounts and ensure liquidity planning
- In projects, process improvements, and system tests, you actively contribute your expertise
- You assist colleagues during onboarding or support them with professional questions
That's why you succeed:
- A completed commercial education is your foundation, ideally complemented by further training in accounting or real estate
- You have at least five years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the real estate environment
- Analytical thinking, an eye for detail, and an independent working style characterize you
- Even in hectic moments, you remain structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
- In addition to a good flair for numbers, you have strong verbal and written communication skills in German
