Roofer Construction Site / Group Leader

Here is what you will do
- Independent supervision and execution of various roofing tasks (e.g., creating subroofs/thermal insulation/vapour barriers, laying covering materials, installing ventilated facades, etc.) – we work in new construction, renovation, and refurbishment
- Cost-conscious management and coordination of construction sites in technical and personnel matters in consultation with the project teams
- Leading and motivating a group on site at the construction site
- Quality control and assurance, compliance with specifications and SIA standards
- Apprentice training
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a roofer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as a group leader/object manager Polybau or similar further training or corresponding experience
- Independence, commitment, and sense of responsibility
- A team-oriented, likeable, and motivated personality
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Driver's license category B
