Your tasks
- Processing all personnel-related processes within the framework of employee support
- Close cooperation and regular coordination with the teams of the human resources department
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on personnel-related matters
- Taking over all general administrative tasks that arise from the entry to the exit of employees
- Correspondence and communication with authorities, offices, health insurance companies, and social security carriers
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d), a commercial vocational training, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, sound knowledge in human resources management, preferably in healthcare
- Very good MS Office skills
- Service orientation
- Team spirit and motivation
