About the job
Your Tasks
- Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the maintenance team
- Ensuring the technical availability of all production facilities at the site
- Responsibility for budget planning as well as monitoring budget compliance within your own area of responsibility
- Control and optimization of all maintenance and repair processes including timely execution of legally required inspections (UVV, light barriers, lifting equipment)
- Organization of demand-oriented provision of all relevant operating materials for production operations
- Implementation of central safety standards such as Lockout/Tagout and fall protection measures in the maintenance environment
- Continuous further development of maintenance processes as well as building and maintaining an efficient network of suppliers, service providers, and equipment manufacturers
What Sets You Apart
- Completed further training as an electrical technician/master (m/f/d) or completed technical studies in electrical engineering
- Relevant leadership experience in a comparable position within maintenance
- Qualification as a responsible electrical specialist (VEFK)
- Knowledge of SAP as well as experience in project management for a structured and efficient way of working
- High affinity for production and process workflows as well as pronounced technical understanding
- Strong communication and teamwork skills at all hierarchy levels
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
