Your area of responsibility
As an auditor, you regularly change the work area within the District Court Winterthur and are each assigned to a team consisting of a court clerk and a judge. You participate in hearings and assist in processing the cases handled in civil and criminal law. You support your team in drafting decisions, taking minutes, conducting legal research, and various other legal as well as administrative tasks. In this way, you gain insight into different areas of law and various types of proceedings.

- Completed studies in law (MLaw);
- Very good knowledge of the official language;
- Good reputation (criminal record extract);
- Legal capacity (certificate of legal capacity).
