for the location at Zurich main station (80 - 100%)
You will be part of a small team and take on demanding coordination tasks for our innovative continuing education offerings. As the first point of contact for prospective students, students, and lecturers, you can expect a varied role in which your service-oriented attitude and communication skills are in demand. You will work closely with the program management. Furthermore, you are part of the first support level team for the school administration program Evento and the internal contact person for concerns in the areas of IT support and facility services. In addition, you plan the organization of events and support the team in other coordination matters.
Your profile
- Commercial training with several years of professional experience
- Open and communicative personality with a strong service orientation
- Quick comprehension of complex contexts and enjoyment of organizational tasks
- Very good German and MS Office application skills
- Experience with Evento (advantageous)
- Willingness to work at occasional events outside regular business hours
