- You have completed a professional apprenticeship and have initial experience; knowledge of the service, insurance, or banking sector is an advantage
- You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in this region because you live in the Delémont area
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in interacting with others; you seek solutions for your clients and can adapt to any situation
- You master French both orally and in writing; any other language is an advantage
- Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
