About the job
• Participate in the preparation and production of dishes intended for banquets and production kitchen, in accordance with technical sheets and establishment standards.
• Perform the necessary setups before services (preparations, cutting, basic cooking, etc.).
• Follow the instructions given by the Chef de Partie, Banquet Chef, and Production Chef.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of the preparations made at their station.
• Participate in the receipt of goods and report any anomalies or non-compliance.
• Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Maintain the cleanliness of their workstation, equipment, and kitchen tools.
• Work closely with the entire brigade to ensure smooth service flow and respect deadlines.
