Social Pedagogue or Nursing Specialist 80-90% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Nursing-pedagogical care of adolescents
- Everyday support and leisure activities in the youth group
- Implementation of crisis interventions
- General interdisciplinary work with adolescents and the respective networks
- Key person work in the interdisciplinary core team
Your Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy (HF/FH) or as a nursing specialist (ideally in psychiatry)
- Enjoyment of resource-oriented work with adolescents
- Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality
- High social and self-reflection competence
