Your Tasks

Development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of an effective quality management system based on the applicable DIN ISO standards
Planning and execution of internal and external quality assurance measures
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially the structural requirements of the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA)
Preparation, organization, and management of internal and external audits as well as coordination with certification bodies
Identification of optimization potentials and further development of QM processes in the sense of a lived quality culture
Training, coaching, and advising employees on QM methods, standards, and guidelines
Creation of meaningful quality reports and conducting management reviews
Close cooperation with various departments to promote a company-wide understanding of quality

Your Profile

Completed studies or a comparable qualification in the field of quality management
Professional experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare
Sound knowledge of DIN ISO standards and G-BA structural requirements
Experience in conducting audits and dealing with certification bodies
Strong analytical skills and systematic working style
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
