Your tasks
- Leading therapeutically effective group offers (solution-oriented group, social skills training, psychoeducation on anxiety, depression, problem, pain, and stress management)
- Analysis, documentation, and individual therapeutic treatment of patients with diagnoses from the entire orthopedic and psychosomatic spectrum as well as preparation of final reports
- Support in coping with illness
- Conducting and evaluating psychometric diagnostics
- Co-designing a multiprofessional and method-integrative working team
- Participation in team meetings, rounds, supervisions, as well as training and further education
- Independent lecturing in front of patients
- Participation in building the MBOR structure in the facility
- Commitment to the conceptual development of the location in close cooperation with partners and complementary services in the region
Your profile
- Completed studies in psychology (Master's or Diploma) or as a psychotherapist
- Relationship competence, conflict ability, and empathy
- A personality with an appreciative attitude
- You have methodological approaches for activating and accompanying psychological support for people with mainly orthopedic and psychosomatic diseases.
- Good computer skills.
- Independent and reliable working style.
- Ability for professional and multiprofessional exchange.
- Resilience and ability to work in a team.
- Co-responsibility for the continuous improvement of therapy processes and customer satisfaction
- Interest in and motivation for training as a psychotherapist is required for work in psychosomatics
- In psychosomatic rehab, the principle of dual medical-psychological responsibility applies for diagnostics, therapy planning, and final report
- Experience in clinical work, ideally also in rehabilitation, is desirable but not a prerequisite for employment. Also welcome are (re-)entrants
