The HACO Group is an independent and internationally active manufacturer and marketer of high-quality food products.

Our pension fund manages the occupational retirement provision for our companies operating in Switzerland. We currently look after around 750 insured persons and pensioners.

As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a personality as

Pension Fund Specialist 60-100%

• Managing the technical administration (entries/exits, pensions, WEF, divorces).
• Managing the financial accounting including securities, as well as quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Liquidity planning.
• Member of the investment committee.
• Comprehensive advice to the insured.
• Participation in the design and further development of the pension fund.
• Preparation of the foundation board meetings.
• Contact with asset managers, external experts (investments, technology, audit office) and authorities.

You have started or completed advanced training in the field of occupational pension provision and have several years of experience in a pension fund. You are operationally responsible for the smooth running of your tasks. You communicate confidently in German and occasionally in French, are open, committed and precise. You prefer to work independently, like to take responsibility, are resilient and willing to continue your professional development.

The HACO pension fund has a healthy financial base and a modern regulation, which is implemented in efficient software (PK-Soft).
