Main Responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of a team of around 5 employees
- Legal support for stabilization and restructuring measures in the event of impending destabilization of institutions
- Implementation of liquidation, restructuring, and bankruptcy proceedings ordered by FINMA
- Selection, mandating, and supervision of external agents
- Specialist department for the topic of deposit insurance
- Collaboration with international supervisory and insolvency authorities
Profile
- Completed master's degree in law (Swiss university); additional qualifications such as bar exam, doctorate, or LL.M are an advantage
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in law firms, consulting firms, or in-house (Legal/Compliance)
- Leadership experience and ability to manage complex legal issues in a practical manner
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Very good German or French language skills (C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language and English (C1)
