What to expect:
In this role, you will independently manage condominium communities, organize and conduct owners' meetings, and be responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties. You will also monitor rental policies, advise owners on rent setting, and support re-lettings. Regular communication with owners, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities, and caretakers is part of the job, as well as organizing and supervising renovations and maintenance work.
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in managing condominium communities as well as residential and commercial properties.
- Federal specialist certificate in real estate management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of building services engineering.
- High service orientation and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent German language skills.
