Abbott Core Diagnostics in Baar, Switzerland is looking for an Order Processing Clerk.
MAIN TASKS
- Management and tracking of device orders using SAP, AS400, and CMS Next
- Processing and monitoring of service orders and contracts, including billing activities
- Entry of B2B customer orders into SAP and/or AS400 with high accuracy
- Multilingual customer support by phone in German, French, and English (Italian is an advantage)
- Handling complex and non-standardized customer inquiries requiring flexibility beyond standard procedures and scripts
- Management of returns and issuance of credit notes according to company policies
- Monitoring the invoicing process and ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Maintenance and updating of master data in multiple systems
- Resolving customer issues through tailored responses and thorough research
- Responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and promoting relevant products or services
- Demonstrating solid knowledge of company processes, products, and services
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable alternatives or upgrades
- Efficient navigation and use of various digital systems and data entry platforms
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed vocational training or commercial apprenticeship
- 3 to 5 years of experience in order processing
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent language skills in German, French, and English (Italian is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Flexible, open-minded, and team-oriented personality
- Customer-focused work approach
