We offer you an exciting position with an 80-100% workload as
Head of Communication and Marketing Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility and management of the Communication & Marketing department including annual planning, budget, and resource management
- Orchestrating overall communication as well as the communication strategies of the individual facilities internally and externally
- Operational implementation of communication and marketing measures for the individual facilities and for the umbrella brand Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg, in close collaboration and active co-creation within the team
- Personnel and professional leadership of 9 employees
- Responsibility for media relations including reputation management and crisis communication
- Contact person for our foundation director, hospital director, as well as the management bodies of the facilities and central interface to the foundation and hospital management

This is how you convince us:
- Completed studies (university/FH/HF) in marketing, communication, or business administration (BWL with a focus on marketing/communication)
- Several years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare institution with multiple facilities/units including leadership responsibility
- Very good conceptual, analytical, and creative skills combined with a "hands-on" mentality and willingness to actively work operationally in the team
- Proven experience in media relations, reputation management, and crisis communication
- Affinity for print and online media as well as high eloquent writing skills for advertising and PR texts as well as internal communication
- Understanding and interest in the health policy and economic environment as well as an affinity for monitoring it and deriving measures
- We desire a winning, persistent, and assertive personality with a passion for meaningful work
