About the job
What you will achieve:
- Responsibility for the conception, prioritization, implementation, and professional operation of process automations using workflow engines and RPA.
- Close collaboration and coordination of our agile IT squad from PI planning, prioritization of technical implementations to release planning.
- Central interface between business units and IT as well as capturing and analyzing requirements from the business units and translating them for IT.
- Leading and participating in technical and professional projects to implement (partial) automations along core processes.
- ...and much more that we do not yet know today but will need tomorrow.
Why you will succeed:
- You have a very good (technical) university degree with a focus on economics or natural sciences or similar and at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable environment.
- You bring experience as a Product Owner, impress with a strong business mindset and excellent conceptual skills, are familiar with agile working methods, and have experience leading interdisciplinary project teams.
- You are characterized by solid knowledge in business architectures and process management, have a strong affinity for digital topics, and develop practical solutions with real added value. Topics such as process/workflow engines and RPA are familiar to you, and ideally, you have corresponding experience. Experience with Camunda is an advantage.
- You approach your work with enthusiasm and a pronounced hands-on mentality and convince through teamwork as well as independent work.
- You bring excellent conceptual and analytical skills, work in a structured manner, quickly find your way in a dynamic environment, act confidently in agile organizations, and convince with a target-group-appropriate communication style in German and English.
