Job Description

• You handle requests for individual reservations (by phone, email, or in person on site)
• You take care of room sales and align yourself with the yield strategy and company guidelines
• You create contracts for individual reservations and organize hotel tours or assist with sales talks
• If necessary, you attend to guests during their stay and ensure they feel completely comfortable
• You maintain guest files and respond to guest inquiries or concerns via email
• You perform various administrative tasks, such as creating in-house guest communication
• If needed, you support and represent the group reservations (over 9 rooms)
• Participation and support in the front office, including taking early or late shifts

Qualifications

• Guest contact is your passion and you enjoy dealing with international guests
• You have professional communication skills in German and English
• You have a completed hotel management training and have already proven your skills in a similar position
• Ideally, you already have experience with hotel software Mews, Opera, and Tars
