Head Chef 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You take over the leadership and responsibility for all areas and processes in the kitchen of a production company, in accordance with our operating concept, and actively participate in daily business
- In the kitchen and office area, you lead and develop the team to promote work processes, quality, and a positive working atmosphere
- With your creative ideas, you design new trendy dishes to continually delight our guests
- You are responsible for product presentation and offer planning including calculation, ordering, and budget compliance
- Working days: 7-day operation, weekend shifts possible
Your profile
- You have completed professional training as a cook EFZ and ideally have further training as a head chef FA with professional experience in a comparable position or as a sous-chef
- Ideally, you have 2-4 years or at least 5 years of leadership experience to competently lead and motivate your team. Experience in a production company is an advantage.
- You are strong in organization and planning, think ahead, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You are IT-savvy and have good knowledge in the use of calculation and inventory management systems
- You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning appearance. You actively seek solutions and pitch in
- Your passion for culinary arts and your high quality standards make you an important part of our team
- Good German skills in spoken and written form are required, and language skills in English/French are an advantage
- A spotless reputation is required
