As Head of Supply Services (m/f/d), you bear overall responsibility for sales planning, production planning, plant logistics, packaging, order picking, and customer service in the DACH region. In this central role, you connect our locations with international partners and drive the strategic development of the entire supply chain.

Head of Supply Services (m/f/d) 80 – 100%
- Comprehensive responsibility: You manage sales and production planning, plant logistics, packaging, order picking, and customer service with your team
- Leadership & Development: You lead and develop a committed team and support it through coaching and mentoring.
- Financial management: You are responsible for the budget and cost centers of the Supply Services department and ensure efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Innovation & Optimization: You initiate and lead supply chain projects focusing on digitalization and continuous process optimization.
- Collaboration & Customer Orientation: You work closely with our sister companies, support export and customs clearance, and ensure excellent, solution-oriented customer service.
- Solid supply chain expertise: Deep knowledge in product supply management with a focus on logistics and planning as well as secure knowledge in export and customs clearance.
- Proven leadership skills: Several years of experience in leading and developing teams, with an authentic, inspiring leadership style.
- Strategic drive: Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to understand complex relationships and derive future-oriented strategies.
- Entrepreneurial thinking & resilience: Structured, solution-oriented working style, high initiative, and flexibility, even in demanding situations.
- Communication skills: Very good social and communication skills with clear customer orientation
- Language skills: Very good language skills in English and German, French skills are an advantage.
