Your area of responsibility
- Project management:
Planning, control, and monitoring of projects including costs, budgets, schedules, and quality
- Customer support:
Support of our customers throughout the entire project process - from sales handover to delivery. Regular coordination on specifications, milestones, or approvals
- Planning & coordination:
Collaboration with development and production, creation of specifications as well as capacity and feasibility analyses
- Approvals & certifications:
Organization and execution of approvals, certifications, and compilation of the required documents
- Quality management:
Ensuring compliance with standards and technical norms (e.g., EN standards)
- Project optimization:
Post-calculation, process improvement, and optimization of the product portfolio based on market requirements
- Sales support:
Technical consulting, project coordination, and design reviews
Your profile
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
- Experience in managing demanding projects in an international environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with customers and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of the rail industry is an advantage
- IPMA certificate or willingness to obtain certification
- Fluent German and English skills are mandatory
- Flexible, dynamic, and highly organized
