Your tasks
- Timely compilation and printing of customer documentation for factory acceptance tests and on-site commissioning
- Creation of complete weld seam documentation of our internally manufactured steam sterilizers according to applicable pharmaceutical regulations
- Compilation of the complete plant documentation in electronic and paper form
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all documents according to applicable quality standards
- Scanning and filing of supplemented documents in SAP as well as obtaining necessary approval signatures
- Support and participation in factory acceptance tests with customers
Your profile
- Technical training, ideally related to documentation or quality management
- Professional experience in documentation or a quality department
- Very good technical understanding as well as linguistic precision and enjoyment in writing
- Knowledge of GMP and GAMPx guidelines in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Structured, careful, and reliable working style
- Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Team player with a customer-oriented working approach
